We know how important your Raspberry Bee purchase is, and we stand behind it 100%. We want you or the person receiving your Raspberry Bee patient gown to be completely satisfied with your order.

1. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Raspberry Bee purchase, you may return or exchange your patient gown by calling our Customer Service phone number at 1-888-BEE-NEST. We will accept your return and give a full refund even if the gown has been washed or damaged - with one condition: please tell us WHY you are returning your Raspberry Bee patient gown so that we might continue to improve our product.

2. All exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your product.

3. Exchange shipments are charged at a Flat Rate of $7.00 within the USA. For Canada the exchange-shipping rate is $12.00 and overseas rate for exchange is $15.00. We do not credit for original shipping cost(s) including overnight or special shipping arrangements.

4. The sender is responsible for secure shipping to our office. Please have your purchase insured, as we are not liable for lost returns.

Shipping:

1) We ship Priority and Express Mail via United States Postal Service.

2) We generally ship out every Monday and Friday and expect delivery within 3-5 days once an order has been shipped.

3) Overnight service is available and starting at $20.00 however, you must call our office to place a phone order: 1 888-BEE-NEST for overnight orders.

4) We charge $6.95 for shipping to anywhere within the United States, Canada is $12.00 and $20.00 for Overseas.(Prices are based on single items, please call for quote on multiple orders)
